The Master Blender

Hi-Times Wine Cellars in Costa Mesa is hosting the “Grand Single Malt Scotch Bottle and Book Signing” tonight. Hi-Times is proud to welcome Richard Paterson, who is known as a “master blender” of whiskies. Paterson’s blog talks all about his award winning whiskies. If you go tonight you can get a bottle signed by him and a copy of his book, The Goodness Nose’ autographed by him as well.

Hi-Times

Since Hi-Times has so many hi-lights I’m sure to feature this venue again soon. Hi-Times was opened in 1957  and the present store features on of the largest underground, temperature controlled cellars in the country. There are over 10,000 wines to choose from – pretty awesome! So if you’re not able to getaway to Napa never fear.
