Macy’s Culinary Council Chef Ming Tsai is going to be doing a demo at the Macy’s Cellar Kitchen on Friday, November 12, 2010 at 6:30pm.
Ming Tsai will treat guests to a fun demonstration of recipes from his new cookbook, Simply Ming One-Pot Meals: Quick, Healthy, and Affordable Recipes. Ming Tsai is all about sharing his East-West approach to life. There will also be an opportunity to meet & greet and get signed copies of the book.

It’s only $5 to attend and the proceeds will go to a great cause, the 2nd Harvest Food Bank of Orange County. Make sure to RSVP or get there early because they are limiting the event to 200 people.
