Costa Mesa has lots of restaurants and OC Restaurant Week is a great excuse to try new places and celebrate the amazing meals that are available locally. Here’s a list of the restaurants in Costa Mesa that are offering specials for OC Restaurant Week 2011, which runs from February 27-March 5:
