365 Things To Do In Costa Mesa – Public Reception at City Hall – Day 227

Bye Bye City Officials

Costa Mesa is a city and every city has leaders. With over 42 years of combined service, City Manager Allan Roeder and City Attorney Kimberly Hall Barlow are stepping down on Tuesday, March 1, 2011. All are invited to go wish them well and thank them for their service at a public reception.

Allan Roeder began working with the city as an intern in the 1970s and then became City Manager in 1985.

Kimberly Hall Barlow has served as City Attorney for many years. The City Attorney provides legal services to the City Council, the Planning Commission, the Costa Mesa Redevelopment Agency, and City Departments.

Do you have any fond memories of them that you’d wish to share? Please comment below.
