On May 14th, 2016 from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the OC Fair and Event Center on 88 Fair Dr., Costa Mesa, California 92626 the Red Barn Farm-To-Fork Dinner will be going on.
Centennial Farm at the OC Fair and Event Center will be launching a sequence of “Farm-to-Fork” suppers inside the Red Barn. The initial dinner is a 4-course delight by chef Cathy Pavlos, from Lucca Cafe & Provenance within Newport Beach. Entrees involve cured wild salmon, smoked Idaho trout, Snake River Farms porchetta feast, pickled shrimp and much more. The night will involve fine wine tastings and pairings by the OC Wine Society and tours of Centennial Farm. Tickets will be $150/person, including wine, dinner, tax, parking, as well as gratuity.
