At the OC Fair and Event Center, Centennial Farm is introducing a sequence of “Farm-to-Fork” dinners inside the Red Barn. Greg Daniels, executive chef of Haven Gatropub, in conjunction with the OC Wine Society, on Oct. 1st, which is going to be a four-course wine paired dinner beginning at 6:30 p.m., and Centennial Farm tours.
